Cultura Chocolate is a Mexican American woman-owned bean-to-bar chocolate company and community cafe in Denver's Westwood neighborhood, founded by Damaris Ronkanen in 2016. Dedicated to showcasing and preserving ancestral foods and traditions rooted in Mexican culture, they craft chocolate, beverages including corn-based atoles and agua frescas, and baked goods. Damaris also founded Hecho en Westwood, a cultural preservation initiative hosting community events and youth programming.
