Green Bus Cafe is a fully gluten-free and vegetarian coffee shop in Denver's Whittier neighborhood. Originally launched in 2020 as a mobile coffee shop operating out of a converted 1976 Volkswagen microbus, the cafe opened its first brick-and-mortar location in 2024. They serve craft coffee and wholesome baked goods made with organic, seed oil-free ingredients in partnership with Starfish Bakery.
