Hella Foods, originally known as Hella Herbivore, is a Denver-based chili oil company founded by Kris Carino. What started as a pop-up concept in 2017 sharing the bold, nostalgic flavors of Southeast Asia evolved into a line of handcrafted condiments launched in 2020. They produce small-batch chili oils including Garlic Crisp, Chili Oil, and Szechuan Oil, available at local farmers markets and select Colorado retailers.
