Amelia Hight's shop on Main Street in Lyons sells organic bulk herbs, loose-leaf teas and custom blends, sourced from Colorado growers when possible. It also offers tea service, local art and books, and hosts gatherings like a weekly Thursday tea circle and a monthly herbalist collective. Hight was inspired by her father's herb shop in Taos and left a nonprofit career to open it.
