MisoHeat is a Denver-made spicy condiment company founded by chef Curtis Bell, a Culinary Institute of America graduate inspired by a month-long culinary trip through Japan in 2018. Their flagship product is a red miso-based chili paste that combines umami-rich miso with roasted peppers, now available nationwide including in Rocky Mountain region Whole Foods stores.
