Moonshell Pizza Cooperative is an Indigenous- and worker-owned cooperative serving Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza with Indigenous and Mexican-inspired flavors using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Founded in 2023, the majority BIPOC-owned cooperative supports local sustainable food systems while providing quality jobs and wealth-building opportunities for its worker-owners. They use compostable packaging, compost food waste, and source from regional farmers to minimize their environmental footprint.
