Pegasus Coffeehouse is a new neighborhood coffee shop at 1280 Centaur Village Drive in Lafayette, in the space that was previously MECO Coffee. It opened with a soft opening in October 2026 that runs through Thanksgiving, serving espresso drinks, nitro cold brew, cakes and croissants. It calls itself a place for coffee and community, with events planned in the coming months.
